This Privacy Policy explains how Tempo (“Tempo,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use Tempo.
For information about the studios that use Tempo and for our own platform data (such as account and billing records), Tempo is the data controller. For the Client information a Studio enters and manages, the Studio is the controller and Tempo acts as its processor. We handle that data on the Studio’s behalf to provide the service. If you are a Client, please also contact your Studio about its own privacy practices.
Information you or your Studio provide:
Payment information:
Payments are handled by Stripe. Stripe collects and processes your card details directly; Tempo does not store full card numbers. We keep limited records such as amounts, status, and payment identifiers needed to run bookings and accounting.
Information collected automatically:
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
We share information only as needed to run the service:
We may also disclose information to comply with law or a valid legal request, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets (with notice where required).
We protect information with encryption in transit and tenant isolation, so each Studio’s data is separated from others. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and to limit access to what is needed to run the service.
We keep information for as long as an account is active and as needed to provide the service, meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations, and resolve disputes. You or your Studio can request deletion of Client data, subject to records we must retain by law.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information. To make a request, email support@jaslintonton.com. If you are a Client, your Studio may also be able to update or remove your information directly.
Studios may offer lessons to minors. A minor should only be added and booked by a parent or legal guardian, who consents to the collection of that information and is responsible for the account. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children without that involvement. If you believe a child’s information has been provided without the appropriate consent, contact us and we will work with the Studio to address it.
Tempo and its providers process information in the United States. By using the service, you understand your information may be processed there.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date above and, for material changes, provide notice where appropriate.
